Ansoff Matrix For Kelloggs
Kelloggs develop their products to make new types of the same product for the same market. For example Coco Pops have been developed to make Coco Pop Rocks, Coco Pops Moon and Stars and also Coco Pop Bars for childrens lunchboxes.
